Ingredients
- 1½ cups rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter softened
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¾ cup raisins
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add egg and mix well.
- Stir in flour, oats, cinnamon, and baking soda.
- Fold in raisins.
- Scoop onto tray and bake 12–14 minutes.
