Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • tsp salt
  • ½ tsp yeast
  • cups warm water

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients into sticky dough.
  2. Cover and rest for 12–18 hours.
  3. Shape gently and rest 30 minutes.
  4. Bake covered at 230°C (450°F) for 30 minutes.
  5. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
