Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp yeast
- 1½ cups warm water
Method
- Mix all ingredients into sticky dough.
- Cover and rest for 12–18 hours.
- Shape gently and rest 30 minutes.
- Bake covered at 230°C (450°F) for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
