Ingredients
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Activate yeast with warm water and honey.
- Add flour, oil, and salt. Knead well.
- Let rise for 1–1½ hours.
- Shape and rise 30 minutes more.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35 minutes.
