Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 1 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Activate yeast with warm water and honey.
  2. Add flour, oil, and salt. Knead well.
  3. Let rise for 1–1½ hours.
  4. Shape and rise 30 minutes more.
  5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35 minutes.
