Ingredients
  

  • cups all-purpose flour
  • tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 tbsp butter

Method
 

  1. Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast; rest 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and butter. Mix to form dough.
  3. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
  5. Shape into a loaf and place in greased pan.
  6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes.
