Ingredients
- 2½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic
Method
- Mix yeast, sugar, and water. Rest 5 minutes.
- Add flour and salt; knead into soft dough.
- Let rise 45 minutes.
- Shape into sticks and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes.
- Brush with garlic butter.
