Ingredients
  

  • 500 g chicken pieces
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 2 tomatoes pureed
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat oil and sauté onions until golden.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook briefly.
  3. Add tomato puree and spices; cook until oil separates.
  4. Add chicken and mix well.
  5. Cover and cook 25–30 minutes until tender.
