Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • cups sugar
  • ¾ cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Mix flour, cinnamon, and baking powder.
  3. Add eggs, sugar, and oil.
  4. Fold in grated carrots.
  5. Pour into greased pan.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes.
