Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking soda
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Roll dough into balls and place on tray.
- Flatten with fork to create criss-cross pattern.
- Bake for 9–10 minutes.
