Ingredients
- 200 g noodles
- 1 cup bell peppers sliced
- 1 cup carrots julienned
- ½ cup cabbage
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic
Method
- Cook noodles and set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok and sauté garlic.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry 3–4 minutes.
- Add noodles and soy sauce.
- Toss well and cook 2 minutes more.
